Which piece you'd like, if it's an existing design
If not, what you would like in the tattoo
Where on the body
Approximate size, in relation to the body (eg. width of arm), and in cm if possible
Whether you'd like colour
Style and examples of any other tattoos you like
You can be more abstract if you are looking for a custom piece & aren't exactly sure how to interpret your ideas yet - I'm happy to work them out with you

Physical Accessibility Needs

I don't have a physical disability and/or I am okay with stairs and steps

I can manage a single step or a small number of steps

I need ground level access or lift access

I would need fully level access and/or an adapted bathroom

I would need to have somebody accompany me (please only select if you are unable to attend otherwise, as I would book a separate venue for this)

I am usually based at KTrew Tattoo, but unfortunately we are on a mezzanine floor with no lift access. If you can't use stairs, or need somebody to be with you while you are tattooed, I will book you in at another venue (usually Painted Fern)
